Demonstrated experience delivering water, wastewater, marine or multi-sector infrastructure projects
Degree qualification in engineering, environmental sciences, social sciences or related fields (Master’s is an advantage)
Strong background in design, oversight, or supervision of major civil works
Fluent in English; additional languages an advantage
Minimum 12 years professional relevant experience in civil infrastructure
Strong cultural awareness and ability to work in diverse teams
Excellent knowledge of FIDIC contract conditions
Strong financial and commercial awareness with ability to manage budgets, forecasts, and reporting.
Proven experience on ADB/WB or IFI-financed projects (highly desirable)
Ability to undertake rotational or extended assignments across the PICs
Outstanding communication, team leadership and stakeholder engagement skills
