The Maintenance Level 3 is tasked with cleaning and maintaining all exterior areas of the property on a daily basis, handling emergency cleaning situations, assisting with room turns, completing basic work orders, and supporting special projects as assigned.
Candidates must possess a high‑school diploma or equivalent, be able to follow instructions and communicate effectively, own their own maintenance tools, and be legally authorized to work under state and federal regulations.
The role requires continuous standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 100 lb, as well as frequent face‑to‑face interaction with customers. Flexibility to work nights and weekends, adherence to uniform and hygiene policies, and the ability to remain positive in a dynamic, sometimes dusty or temperature‑extreme environment are essential.
