Complete Maintenance work orders on electrical equipment. Testing malfunctioning equipment, identifying defects, troubleshooting, repairing equipment and replacing defective parts.
Collaborate with other electrical staff to identify and resolve problems.
Documents service and installation actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records.
Keeps personal equipment operating by following operating instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns; maintaining supplies; performing preventive maintenance; calling for repairs.
The Electrician Apprentice will assist the Electrician with basic tasks.

Demonstrate knowledge of electrical codes.
Basic computer knowledge is required.
2-4 yrs exp preferred.
Must be willing to submit to pre-employment screening, including criminal background check and drug screen.
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Exposure to noise above 85 decibels and intense odors.
Possessing the ability to understand schematics and technical manuals
Exposure to areas with limited visibility.
Up-dates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications.
2-4 years of electrical apprenticeship preferred.
Fit and move in confined spaces.
Must be dependable and have excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
