Carry out planned and reactive maintenance and minor building works
Accurately record time, materials, and job details in the work order system
Liaise with clients, site teams, and supervisors to ensure quality outcomes
Assist in bathroom and kitchen construction and refurbishments
Perform all aspects of wall and floor tiling, waterproofing, and surface preparation
Adhere to BGIS safety, quality, and environmental procedures
Maintain tools, equipment, and vehicles to BGIS standards

Excellent attention to detail, communication, and problem-solving skills
Valid driver’s licence & full working rights in Australia (essential)
WHS Construction White Card
Certificate III in Wall and Floor Tiling (required)
Waterproofing certificate or ability to self-warrant work (desirable)
Minimum 3+ years post-trade experience in commercial tiling
Strong technical knowledge of Australian Standards for tiling, waterproofing, and screeding
Ability to pass police and background checks
