Description

• Quickly develop complete product knowledge of the apartment community.
• Respond to and convert email and phone leads into on‑site tours.
• Maintain an effective closing ratio and lease apartments.
• Process applications and draft legal lease agreements using a template.
• Follow Mandel leasing and company practices at all times.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist residents with issues or concerns.
• Perform general administrative duties.
• Assist overall property management efforts with other duties.

Requirements

The ideal candidate excels in customer service, is personable, can multitask in a fast‑paced environment, and maintains a professional demeanor. As a Leasing Professional you will handle sales, marketing, and resident‑retention duties while collaborating closely with office staff and facilities to deliver top‑notch service to residents.

Previous sales or leasing experience and strong computer skills are strongly preferred, and the role requires availability to work weekends.

Mandel Group, Inc. is seeking a full‑time Leasing Professional for the luxury Echelon/Crescent Apartments community in Wauwatosa, Wisconsin. The position is day‑shift with an hourly wage starting at $17.
