Hands-on familiarity with Python and modern AI tooling (LLMs, MLOps, or automation platforms).
Excellent stakeholder management - able to translate technical complexity into commercial impact.
Experience within financial services, insurance, fintech, or other large regulated sectors is beneficial but not essential.
The autonomy to shape delivery teams, pipelines, and frameworks.
Strong understanding of end-to-end AI delivery: data pipelines, model build, deployment, monitoring, and value tracking.
