Proven track record embedding AI into operations (e.g., claims automation, NLP-driven workflows, predictive modelling, or GenAI-powered chat and decision tools).

Hands-on familiarity with Python and modern AI tooling (LLMs, MLOps, or automation platforms).

Experience within financial services, insurance, fintech, or other large regulated sectors is beneficial but not essential.
The autonomy to shape delivery teams, pipelines, and frameworks.
Strong understanding of end-to-end AI delivery: data pipelines, model build, deployment, monitoring, and value tracking.

Base Salary: Up to €110,000 DOE
