Engage with property owners, property managers, and HOA board members to understand their needs and position DrBalcony’s solutions effectively.
Gather and relay market feedback to product and engineering teams to influence product roadmap and innovation.
Engage clients in a consultative manner, identifying needs and offering customized solutions that highlight business value.
Analyze historical sales data and pipeline trends to inform strategy and improve conversion rates.
Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Engineering teams to ensure alignment and seamless customer experiences.
Contribute to training, onboarding, and documentation for new sales hires.
Develop scalable tools, templates, and sales playbooks to increase team efficiency and consistency.
Act as a strategic advisor and technical expert during both pre-sales and post-sales phases.
Define, track, and refine key sales metrics and KPIs, including:
Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualifying, presenting, negotiating, and closing.
Support strategic planning in areas such as territory development, market expansion, and competitive positioning.
Manage a team of 2-3 consultants and own daily metrics.
Design, implement, and optimize the end-to-end sales engineering process, ensuring it supports business goals and scales with growth.
Deliver compelling product demos and technical presentations tailored to each customer segment (residential, multi-family).
Influence cross-functional initiatives without direct authority, especially across marketing, engineering, and product teams.
Mentor and guide lead quality specialists and sales consultants.

Experience in optimizing and scaling sales processes and infrastructure
Ability to manage multiple complex projects with minimal oversight
Proficient with CRM and analytics tools: Salesforce, HubSpot, Metabase (or another BI solution)
Strong technical and commercial acumen
Track record of scaling sales engineering or technical sales functions in high-growth environments
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field required. MBA or technical master’s preferred.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Proven success in B2C sales environments with complex or customizable solutions
Comfortable working across departments and influencing cross-functionally
Data-driven decision-maker with strong organizational awareness
Minimum 2-3 years in a senior or leadership role
Deep understanding of technical solution selling and value-based sales strategies
Experience in Property Tech, or Property Management-focused solutions
5+ years in solutions consulting, sales engineering, or technical sales
