What you would be doing

- Communicate issues with supervisor real time, and pass calls to appropriate management if needed.
- Update / add / remove customer data in Service Titan to ensure accurate information in real time.
- Ensure timely responses to service technicians and customer inquiries within a 10-minute timeframe.
- Educate clients about the company’s products, services, and offers.
- Schedule service appointments, monitor service progress, calculate charges and process payments.
- Manage and address customer scheduling questions.
- Build customer relationships.
- Provide any customers with updates including parts status and upcoming repair status.
- Interact with residential and commercial customers, listen to their questions and concerns, and provide timely responses.

- Ability to set expectations with customers and keep them apprised to the company schedule and lead time.
- Ability to multi-task with strong organizational skills.
- Good knowledge base of our service area or must have the ability to read a map.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with department managers, employees, and company customers.
- High School Diploma or general education degree is required.
- Knowledge of HVAC industry preferred.
- Customer service experience is required.
- 40 hours of vacation (80 hours after 7 Years)
