Conduct analysis of manufacturing processes, data flows, value streams, and industry trends to develop actionable, value-driven recommendations
Lead preparatory efforts to ensure readiness for net-new professional services engagements
Provide regular reporting on customer engagement progress, risks, and overall engagement health
Overseeing commercial proposal development and value engineering activities
Partner with Sales to support new business pursuits and win strategic manufacturing engagements
Motivate, lead, and manage an expanding team of Business Consultants, Business Development Executives, and Implementation Consultants
Oversee customer digital transformation initiatives using Autodesk solutions such as Fusion 360, Inventor, Vault, Factory Design Utilities, and cloud collaboration platforms
Ensure alignment and compliance with Autodesk’s consulting methodologies and delivery policies
Building trusted customer relationships grounded in expertise, engineering knowledge, and business outcomes
Apply solution-selling techniques to articulate value across PLM/PDM, Factory Design, Digital Manufacturing, and automation workflows
Advise clients on long-term digital strategies, innovation opportunities, and roadmap planning
Collaborate with customers to understand business goals, product development challenges, factory operations, and desired outcomes
Developing modern consulting strategies aligned to manufacturing industry trends
Expanding capability to design transformation roadmaps across PLM, PDM, design automation, and factory layout workflows
Direct day-to-day activities, set clear expectations, and provide coaching, mentoring, and performance management

Strong understanding of Autodesk’s manufacturing portfolio (e.g., Fusion 360, Inventor, Vault, Factory Design Utilities) or competitive PLM/PDM technologies
Strong communication skills with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders
Experience creating or managing commercial proposals, SOWs, or consulting offerings
Experience working with global enterprise manufacturing customers
Proven success in scaling teams and consulting practices
Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
Minimum 5 years of experience managing teams in consulting, advisory, or delivery environments
Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in relevant industries
Ability to travel approximately 25% of the time
Proven experience in the Manufacturing industry, specifically in areas such as PLM/PDM, mechanical design, industrial equipment design, product development, factory design, or manufacturing process optimization
