• Coach and mentor engineering professionals.

Requirements

This is the fourth level of the Engineering classification. The role provides engineering and technical expertise to solve complex problems and includes leadership responsibilities for managing work in a specific area of expertise, with increased latitude for un‑reviewed work. Incumbents are expected to have advanced skills and the ability to work independently.

• Communicate effectively oral and written.
• Possess 8‑12 years of engineering experience and state PE registration.
• Interact effectively with individuals from diverse socio‑economic, cultural, and ethnic backgrounds.
• Demonstrate strong written and oral communication skills.
• Have experience in the utility industry.
• Be self‑motivated and able to work independently.
• Possess project management principles knowledge.
