Manage MEP design projects for new buildings, renovations, and additions to existing buildings.
Manage client service and project communication, maintaining proactive communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Anticipate, identify, and promptly address impediments that could impact performance, financials, or timing of project delivery.
Oversee projects and project programs to ensure quality and on-time delivery of projects to clients.
Follow firm’s design processes, including guiding Kick-off meetings, Design meetings, and Premieres.
Provide review and feedback to the design team to maintain consistent client standards and project execution.
Provide coordination of project designs with outside consultants.
Assist with obtaining signed contracts from client in coordination with business development team.
Coordinate project schedule with the client and applicable project stake holders.
Communicate with the clients, owners, and contractors to create and maintain a positive engineering experience.
Recognize opportunities for and develop additional business with existing clients.
Direct internal design team to meet client specific requirements.
Review and mark up draft invoices accurately and pursue reasonable additional services when project scope changes occur.

Demonstrate ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff, clients, owners, other consultants, and subcontractors.
Proficiency in project management standards and execution.
Microsoft Office, AutoCAD & REVIT proficiency
Bachelor’s Degree in the AEC (architecture, engineering, construction) or related industry.
