Assist with testing procedures, commissioning activities, and system upgrades under supervision
Facilitate communication between engineering disciplines and project stakeholders
Assist with component specification activities for drives, motors, transformers, and switchboards
Assist in scheduling meetings, site visits, and technical reviews
Assist with project documentation management and filing systems
Support improvement initiatives and cost optimisation plans
Help translate customer requirements into actionable technical tasks
Support risk management processes and compliance with company guidelines
Help co-ordinate technical activities between Commissioning, Service, and third-party teams
Help maintain design reviews, quality control records, and change management documentation
Assist the Lead Engineer and multidiscipline engineering team in power systems, power conversion, automation, control, and mechanical integration projects
Support preparation of technical documentation, reports, and project deliverables
Assist with customer communications and technical enquiries under guidance
Support preparation of technical presentations and customer documentation
Help co-ordinate with teams from other business units as required
Support monitoring and tracking of service engineering project budgets and timelines

Level 2/Substation Automation
0-3 years of experience in engineering or technical support roles
Eagerness to learn and develop technical expertise
Basic understanding of power engineering, electrical systems, or automation
Knowledge of quality control and documentation management systems
Ability to multitask and work within strict time scales
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills
Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related technical discipline
Experience with project co-ordination or technical administration
Customer service orientation and professional communication skills
Exposure to power generation, conversion, transmission, or distribution systems
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Familiarity with LV and MV electrical systems, drives, and motors
