Strong consulting background required.
Advanced degree preferred (MBA and BA/BS strongly desired).
The ability to influence key decisions and shape the strategic direction of the business.
Strong knowledge of sustainability issues across Tech, Pharma, and Manufacturing sectors.
Proven track record of successfully leading sustainability-related procurement & supply chain and transformation programs for large organizations.
A minimum of 15 years' experience
Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing teams and deliver results in a collaborative environment.
Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and project management skills.
Experience generating high revenues.
