  • Collaborate with data engineers and analysts to build robust data pipelines and translate insights into action.

  • Maintain accurate status updates for current and future work in required tools.

  • Strong experience with Microsoft AI/ML tools and platforms including Azure, Fabric, AI Foundry, and Power BI.
  • 5+ years of experience in AI/ML solution development or software engineering with AI/ML integration.
  • Demonstrated experience in application analysis, design, development, and deployment using SQL (Spark SQL) and Python (PySpark).
  • Proven ability to lead design and engineering efforts in a collaborative team environment.
  • Degree in Computer Science, AI, or related field (preferred but not required).
  • Ability to mentor and coach developers across AI/ML disciplines.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and manage multiple projects.
  • Experience in enterprise-grade software development using Microsoft technologies.
  • Excellent communication skills and an open, transparent approach.
