Possess effective verbal and written communication skills.
One year experience (level I), two years' experience (level II) and three plus years' experience in the industrial/commercial construction industry is preferred.
Learn to safely and effectively use or operate work related tools and equipment.
Effective Math skills - add, subtract, multiply and divide.
May reach above shoulder heights and below the waist on a frequent basis
Must be able to comply with all safety standards and procedures
NCCER Core Curriculum and /or a High School diploma or equivalent is also preferred.
Work up to a 12 hour shift doing hard physical work in varying temperatures and outside conditions.
