Provide technical expertise in bridge engineering, including design, analysis, reporting, and specification preparation
Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the technical and professional growth of the bridge team
Develop and maintain strong client relationships across New York State, particularly with transportation agencies and municipalities
Monitor and control project scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards
Lead and participate in business development efforts, including client meetings, proposal development, and presentations
Manage and oversee all phases of assigned bridge design and rehabilitation projects
Serve as the primary client liaison, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to client satisfaction

The successful candidate will be both a proven technical expert in bridge engineering and a strong leader with demonstrated experience managing projects, winning work, and building long-term client relationships.
15+ years of progressive bridge engineering and project management experience
Strong oral/written communication and presentation skills; ability to represent the firm at a senior level
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s a plus)
Excellent project management expertise, with knowledge of industry-standard processes and tools
Experience delivering projects for NYSDOT, NYSTA, and Local Federal Aid programs
PE license required
Proven track record in business development, proposal preparation, and project pursuits
Established client relationships within the New York transportation sector
