The role involves interacting with customers face‑to‑face in big‑box retail stores and events to promote our products and generate interest, representing the brand with confidence and professionalism, initiating conversations to arrange free in‑home consultations, setting appointments, and collaborating with a high‑performing team to meet daily and weekly goals.
We welcome candidates with experience or transferable skills in face‑to‑face marketing, brand ambassadorship, appointment setting, lead generation, customer service, retail, restaurants, hospitality, or fast‑food environments.
Key qualifications include weekend availability, a friendly and positive attitude, genuine interest in working with the public, ability to work independently, retail and customer‑service experience (highly valued), reliable transportation, and a willingness to learn. Entry‑level candidates are encouraged; we will teach you everything you need to succeed.
Brand Ambassador (Full-Time or Part-Time). Our Brand Ambassadors earn $50,000–$60,000 per year, with top performers exceeding $80,000. This is a full‑time W‑2 position with Statewide Remodeling, a Renuity company.
