Accompany engineers on site visits to observe field testing, customer service activities, or installation practices.
Prepare and update drawings, schematics, technical documentation, and work instructions under engineer guidance.
Support engineers in analyzing current products and maintaining specifications.
Support documentation and execution of Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) and Non-Standard Product Requests.
Participate in reviewing and researching new product concepts to determine feasibility.
Participate in cross-functional meetings with engineering, manufacturing, and other business teams.
Assist in the design, prototyping, and testing of new products.
Support voice-of-customer activities and continuous improvement (kaizen) exercises.
Assist in ensuring products comply with industry certification standard related to performance, safety, structural integrity, and energy efficiency (e.g. AAMA, WDMA, NAMI, CSA, NFRC, IGMA).

Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or higher.
