Providing ad-hoc training to staff on how to submit claims.
Providing oversight of claims in progress to ensure they are approved and processed with minimal delay, contacting team managers if approvals become overdue.
Preparing the fortnightly payment run to ensure that all staff are paid within the business timeframes.
Reviewing staff expense claims to ensure that:
Providing feedback to staff where claims have been made in error and providing support to correct it.
Supporting the business with queries arising and providing guidance on the policy.
To provide cover across the wider Finance team during peak periods and holiday cover as and when required.

Great communications skills, both verbally and written
VAT has been correctly applied.
Experience of working within an office environment undertaking administrative processes

A receipt has been provided in support of the claim
