- MBA or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (required)
- CPA or CMA strongly preferred
- Minimum 10 years of progressive financial leadership experience
- Proven success in senior-level management
- Strong US GAAP expertise and technical financial skills
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational abilities
- Proficient with financial systems (Deltek Ajera preferred), HR tools, and Microsoft Excel
