- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Maintain and enforce internal controls to ensure compliance with GAAP and company policies.
- Supervise, mentor, and develop accounting staff; conduct performance evaluations and training as needed.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to support business objectives.
- Coordinate and manage external audits, tax filings, and regulatory reporting.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial analyses.
- Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end closings, assist in the preparation of financial statements and supporting schedules.
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting team, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings.

- Certificates/Licenses: Driver’s License
