The Leasing Consultant serves as the first impression for potential and current residents at The View at Crow Creek. This role oversees the full sales cycle, from generating leads to closing leases and managing renewals, while delivering high‑quality customer service. Flexible scheduling, including weekends and holidays, is required.
Day‑to‑day duties involve managing all sales leads, touring available units, qualifying applicants, and completing leasing paperwork accurately and promptly. The consultant also maintains strong relationships with residents, addresses their requests and concerns, and helps organize community events to boost retention. Additional responsibilities include market analysis, social‑media promotion, and supporting administrative functions such as payroll and accounting when directed.
Successful candidates are sales‑oriented, detail‑focused, and self‑motivated, able to work with minimal supervision while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism. Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—are essential, as is proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. The ability to multitask, collaborate with a team, and present information clearly to a diverse audience is also required.
A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with six months to one year of related experience in leasing, sales, or customer service. Candidates should demonstrate strong interpersonal abilities and the capacity to interact effectively with a wide range of people. Prior experience in similar roles is preferred but not mandatory.
The position is primarily indoor, based in the on‑site leasing office, with occasional physical activity such as lifting up to 10 pounds, standing, walking, and climbing. Employees must meet vision requirements and be able to perform routine tasks involving hands, speech, and hearing. The work environment is moderately noisy and may involve mobile duties throughout the community.
