In this role the sales professional meets with potential customers, conducts in‑home evaluations of existing HVAC systems, and presents product features and service benefits. Ongoing product knowledge, training participation, and close collaboration with installation and service teams ensure seamless project execution. Accurate record‑keeping in the CRM and regular sales reporting support management oversight.
Candidates must have at least five years of sales experience, strong communication skills, and an aptitude for B2C, in‑home selling. Fluency in English, solid decision‑making ability, and comfort navigating multiple software platforms are required. HVAC experience is a plus but not mandatory.
The position involves standing, sitting, climbing, bending, and occasional lifting of up to 25 lb, as well as driving for extended periods. Employees must be able to perform repetitive motions and navigate various physical tasks associated with field work.
