Works in full coordination with the UK Service Director and other international Kanadevia Inova (KVI) teams to promote and sell our large portfolio of spare parts, mechanical and process retrofit , to plan Customer visits (KVI and non-KVI plants, central organizations), in view of identifying and creating new opportunities
Supports product management by identifying market needs and presents KVI products to clients
Independently supervises his/her assigned service projects and outages, plans bidding and project work and associated resources
Manages the Service team, working closely with Project Managers and Site Supervisors in delivering service activities on time and within budget in accordance with local and company wide HSE and Quality systems/standards
Identifies opportunities in the KVI CRM system and follow the sales process. Foster the use of KVI's CRM as the unique sales process support tool including forecasting and reporting
