What you would be doing
- Conduct incident investigations, risk assessments, and audits, delivering recommendations and supporting implementation of corrective actions.
- Prepare and contribute to proposals, presentations, and reports that communicate HSE performance, risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Monitor, assess, and enhance site safety conditions, identifying potential hazards and implementing proactive measures to prevent injury, illness, property damage, or environmental harm.
- Partner with Project Managers, Construction Managers, and crossfunctional teams to embed HSE programs and initiatives across all phases of project delivery.
- Provide technical guidance, coaching, and support to project teams, ensuring compliance with Worley’s HSE policies, standards, and applicable regulations.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to integrate sustainable practices into project operations, aligning with Worley’s ambition of deriving the majority of revenue from sustainabilityrelated projects.
- Act as a trusted advisor to project teams by applying professional judgment and practical solutions to complex challenges.
- Support the development and delivery of HSE training, awareness campaigns, and engagement activities to foster a safetyfocused culture.
