The Program Manager plays a critical leadership role within the Project Management organization. This position is typically held by an individual with 6-8 years of experience as a Project Manager and 10-12 years of total industry experience. Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, the Program Manager is responsible for overseeing a team of Project Managers and ensuring the successful delivery of projects within a designated portfolio.

Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $155,000-175,000 per year, which includes base pay plus a short-term incentive.
