Manage and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Oversee all mechanical construction activities from planning through to commissioning, ensuring adherence to project specifications, timelines, and budgets.
Liaise with clients, consultants, and other stakeholders to communicate project status and resolve technical or logistical issues.
Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, risk assessments, and method statements.
Monitor progress, conduct site inspections, and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
Ensure commissioning and handover processes are executed efficiently and meet all contractual and regulatory requirements.
Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to senior management.
Review mechanical drawings and specifications, providing input on constructability and value engineering opportunities.
