Clean, lubricate, and maintain mechanisms such as cables, pulleys, or grappling devices, making repairs as necessary
Attend safety meetings as required
Inspect and adjust crane mechanisms or lifting accessories to prevent malfunctions or damage.
Operate forklift in a safe manner with proper safety equipment
Operate boom to lift and move building materials from ground storage areas and trucks to top of building
Determine load weights and check them against lifting capacities to prevent overload.

NCCCO certified
Possess excellent interpersonal skills for positive relationships with both customers and colleagues
OSHA 10
CDL Class A or B license with Hazmat Endorsement
At least 2+ years Class A or B experience
Frequent lifting and moving of material up to 80 pounds
Observes and understands all safety practices and procedures
MUST have Articulated Boom Crane or Knuckle Boom Certification
Ability to function in a dynamic warehouse environment including order fulfillment
Prior experience in building materials a plus
Warehouse and truck mounted forklift experience
