Project Manager (Industrial/Land Development)

Description

• Ensure timely completion of all submittals and project correspondence.
• Maintain transparent communication channels with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
• Cultivate strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and collaboration
• Manage project close-out procedures, including startup, commissioning, and warranty.
• Oversee the planning and construction of our Land development and incoming industrial building

Requirements

• 4+ years experience in Industrial projects
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Valid Driver’s license
• 4+ years’ experience in Land Development projects
• Willingness to travel as required
