The Strategic Key Account Manager – North (based in Delhi NCR) will be responsible for driving revenue growth with multiple strategic key accounts in North India, establishing cohesive relationships with stakeholders to increase share of wallet and ensure high customer satisfaction across pre‑sales, sales, and after‑sales. The role acts as the single point of contact for all SKA requirements, coordinating internal sales, service, support, logistics, and finance functions, while leveraging Veralto Enterprise System tools to drive continuous improvement and gathering market intelligence to develop proactive strategies.
Candidates must hold an engineering degree with an MBA in Sales or Marketing and have 10+ years of experience, including at least 5 years of B2B sales in instrumentation, automation, or controls. A background in senior revenue‑generating positions at premier Indian or multinational companies, strong communication skills, experience in complex organizations, and familiarity with CRM systems such as SFDC, Oracle, or SAP are required. Prior leadership of sales or service teams and key‑account management experience are advantageous.
