- Contact customers regarding past due or upcoming accounts due, by making telephone calls or sending written communication assuring a commitment for payment of outstanding invoices
- Effectively manage collection accounts assigned by making timely collection of all accounts while maintaining good customer relations and a positive attitude
- Stay engaged to establish professional rapport during the collections process to ensure ease of future dialog with the same customers

- This is a fast-paced position handling a lot of responsibility, so you must have excellent time management skills
