  • Deal with telephone/e-mail/post enquiries for the department.
  • Monthly reconciliation of group intercompany balances.
  • Assisting with monthly management accounts preparation.
  • Carry out purchase ledger duties to include processing of supplier invoices and completion of payment runs.
  • Carry out sales ledger duties to include raising, processing and issuing of customer invoices as well as monitoring aged debt.
  • Assisting with preparation of annual accounts.
  • File management including filing, scanning, copying and organisation of documents and reports.
  • Management of existing Sharepoint folders and documents therein.
  • Monitor bank and credit card accounts as well as processing of transactions and reconciliation to statements.
  • Liaise with suppliers and customers, reconciling to supplier statements and resolving any queries arising.
