- Monitor Workday inboxes, troubleshoot user issues, and escalate when needed.
- Ensure high data quality across all Workday modules.

- Draft employment contracts, letters, and related documentation.
- Manage HR inbox queries and provide timely resolutions.
- Support cyclical HR processes such as performance reviews, remuneration, and engagement initiatives.
- Apply strong analytical, data‑handling, and problem‑solving skills.
