Support ecologists with biodiversity net gain (BNG) delivery.
Preparation of landscape strategies/plans/drawings and planting strategies.

Liaison with various stakeholders including developers, local authorities, landowners, NGOs.
Work with construction project teams to deliver best practice in terms of protecting and enhancing the landscape and supporting them with specific queries - translating technical requirements into layperson language to ensure all stakeholders understand their roles and responsibilities.

Degree level qualification in Landscape Architecture or recognised equivalent.
Postgraduate diploma/master’s qualification in Landscape Architecture or recognised equivalent.
Excellent technical skills and proficiency in Autodesk, Adobe Creative Suite and ArcGIS.
Thorough knowledge and understanding of the UK legal and planning system with respect to landscape architecture.
Technical know-how, and experience of working with contractors and managing landscape design during the construction phase.
Excellent written communication with an eye for detail.
Experience of understanding client requirements and developing scope and fee proposals.
Landscape design for BNG and experience (but not essential) in UGF calculations.
Chartered member of the landscape institute (CMLI).
Experience in multi-disciplinary planning and design with an interest in the education sector.
Full UK Driving License.
Established track record of successfully delivering landscape and urban design projects, from initial site analysis and concept design through to detailed design including the production of information for planning and construction.
Be proficient in Adobe Suite, AutoCAD and standard Microsoft packages. It would be advantageous (though not essential) for the candidate to have experience working with Revit & GIS software.
