Communicate effectively with customers, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle
Oversee the preparation of submittals, O&M’s and close outs.
On site project management/periodic inspection of construction sites, project coordination, schedule adherence.
Preparing bids, proposals, RFP, RFQs.
Manage customer billing.
Ensure projects remain on schedule through proactive coordination, site visits, and timely issue resolution
Oversee submittals, O&M manuals, and close-out packages to ensure they are completed and submitted on time
Develop project schedules, oversee the budget and anticipate any issues.
Forecast job costs to prepare proposals/bids for clients.
Manage project budgets, billing, and financial documentation with consistency and accuracy
Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in preparing bids, proposals, RFQs/RFPs, and project documentation

MUST have a clean background and driving record, be able to pass a drug test.
Leadership skills.
Safety, OSHA training a plus.
Strong attention to detail is required.

Read and understand contracts.
Knowledge of commercial institutional construction from site work through final acceptance.
Proven ability to manage multiple commercial construction projects with at least 10 years’ experience.
Able to negotiate with and manage subcontractors and vendors.
Understanding of permits.
Ability to read blueprints.
