As a member of the North America team, you will work across the transportation and energy sectors and beyond, supporting projects within railways, highways, metros, marine, wind, and more.

Design the future with a global team of expertsWe are looking for a Senior Civil Engineer to join our global and highly professional team of specialists that provides detailed engineering and project management on numerous civil design projects and will report under the Head of Discipline. Your primary task in our team will be to apply sound and diversified knowledge of engineering principles and practices in broad areas of assignment and related fields. You will make decisions using sound judgment and technical knowledge on engineering problems and methods and work as an integral part of a team to deliver design projects. You will work under the guidance of senior staff but are expected to be able to make informed decisions on technical issues.

Optimize designs through technical/financial analysis and site inspections.
Implement innovative solutions in transportation, energy, and infrastructure projects.
Produce critical documentation (specs, reports) and liaise with clients/stakeholders.
Lead engineering teams, mentoring junior staff and coordinating technical work.
Solve complex design challenges, delivering calculations, drawings, and cost estimates.
Plan projects (budgets, schedules) and ensure compliance with codes/standards.
Oversee quality control, from feasibility studies to final deliverables.
