Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processing
Assist with project-related cost tracking, consultant invoices, and coordination with project managers
Respond to basic internal and external inquiries related to invoices or payments
Support data entry and reconciliation of financial records
Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with internal procedures
Assist with timesheet, billing, or payroll-related data entry
Maintain organized digital and/or physical filing systems
Support month-end close tasks and special projects as assigned
Enter and verify invoices, expense reports, and vendor information
Requirements

Associate’s degree or above in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
Experience with accounting or ERP systems (e.g., Deltek, QuickBooks, or similar)
1–3 years of experience in an accounting, bookkeeping, or finance support role preferred
Familiarity with expense reporting or time-based billing systems
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Prior experience in an AEC firm
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and basic accounting software
Professional communication skills and a collaborative mindset
