

Family of construction firms offering interior fit‑outs, new building construction & infrastructure upgrades.
Key responsibilities include conducting market and sector research, maintaining industry trackers, analyzing internal and external data, and supporting evaluations of M&A targets, partnerships, and service‑line expansions. The Analyst also prepares reports, dashboards, and presentations for executive management and the board, and assists with monthly and quarterly business reviews.
In addition, the role supports the annual strategic planning cycle by collecting and validating data, coordinating with business units, and maintaining process documentation. Continuous improvement of templates, trackers, and analytical tools is expected, along with enterprise‑level coordination of board and leadership meeting materials.
The Analyst will support enterprise strategy, market intelligence, and executive planning by turning data and trends into actionable insights for senior leadership. The ideal candidate is analytical, curious, organized, and comfortable handling data, timelines, and senior‑level deliverables.
Qualifications require a bachelor’s degree in a related field and 0–3 years of analytical, research, or project‑oriented experience. Candidates must demonstrate strong quantitative skills, proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and excellent written and verbal communication; experience with Salesforce or Power BI is a plus.
The position offers a salary range of $80,000–$100,000 plus a discretionary bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, retirement, and various insurance options.
