Coordinate staff lunches and various catering for events as needed
Interface with vendors for service and maintenance of office machinery and building equipment
Ensuring safety equipment is stocked and replace elements as needed
Maintain inventory of office supplies, making orders when needed
Maintain overall orderly and clean office environment by loading and running the dishwashers when necessary, watering all office plants, and managing the cleaning staff as needed
Track project specific vehicle assignments and roll-up reports for the Project Accounting team
Assist project staff with preparation and packaging of any mailings, as well as receiving packages and ensuring delivery to job site as needed
Book travel and prepare staff travel itineraries
Manage project team member contact information and associated gear and equipment assignments
Take initiative in organizing and supporting office systems and processes by creating new forms in MS Word, MS Excel, or a PDF program
Occasionally visiting job sites to deliver various items, conduct inventory of equipment, and identify supply refresh as needed
Schedule staff usage of the corporate conference rooms
Run errands for the company as needed by project staff
Interface with other Qualus corporate administration staff to coordinate various events like visits from executive staff, collaboration for team meetings, and planning employee appreciation events
Utilize Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel to support staff with the development of project specific documents and template development for work product efficiencies
Maintain inventory of appropriate toner cartridges for all office printers and copiers

Must have a Nevada current drivers license and car that is available to drive to job site (will be reimbursed for mileage)
