Scheduling (construction - material - labor - cash)
Maintains a proactive approach to project planning to maximize profit and performance.
Ensures long term customer/account satisfaction and grow revenue and opportunities with assigned accounts. 30%
Works closely with Project Managers and Superintendents to pre-plan and schedule resources required for assigned project types.
Schedule of values (billing - cash flow)
In coordination with the Purchasing department, project material budgets, and company policies, timely procures and coordinates delivery of appropriate materials to the project site.
Monitoring and preparing dispute/claim avoidance
Maintains effective communications with appropriate Alterman personnel, keeping them informed of all aspects relevant to the duties to which they have been assigned.
Manages smaller to mid-size projects or multiple customer accounts in accordance with Alterman procedures and policies. Management responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

2 years’ experience in field supervisory position required.
Must be able to sit, stand, bend over, climb, crouch/stoop, and kneel.
Frequent driving to and from job sites and customer offices required.
10 years minimum of Medium Voltage field experience required.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, or other related software.
Office environment with frequent travel to job sites required.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
Must be able to be around moving equipment and/or machinery.
Repetitive use of feet and hands, including grasping and fine finger dexterity required.
Inside Wireman Apprenticeship completion or equivalent.
Must be able to occasionally lift 21-50 pounds at times with or without assistance.
Must be able to frequently walk job sites.
Able to remain up to date on technical knowledge.
Associate's Degree in Business Management, Construction Management or Construction Engineering.
Frequent exposure to stressful situations.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Must be able to walk on uneven ground.
Use of head and neck in a static position required.
