Are a member of a relevant professional body e.g., Association for Project Management, Project Management Institute.
Adherence to NEC or FIDIC contract processes for management of project controls data and deliverables.
Have experience in using some Project Controls software (Primavera P6, Active Risk Manager, Ecosys etc).
Have strong stakeholder management experience.
Have a desire to work within the nuclear sector.
Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Have strong leadership skills with the ability to mobilise, inspire and lead by example.
Can navigate through conflict situations and defuse tension.
Ability to interact with Senior Management / Leadership members when delivering updates on Performance Management within a complex project/programme environment.
Have the ability to make risk-based decisions where the parameters are unclear, and judgement is needed.
Will be able to obtain BPSS level security clearance.
Have practical experience of integrating Project Controls disciplines and the ability to assess the maturity of a team and ways of working.
