Maintain work order system (CMMS) daily and complete any tenant service requests
Troubleshoot all building systems, including electrical, DDC and pneumatic controls
Complete assigned tasks that include but are not limited to: painting, pressure washing, maintaining lighting system bulbs/ballasts (as allowed by any licensing requirements), plumbing, HVAC systems, water treatment, locksmith work and general maintenance
Perform assigned preventive maintenance and inspection tasks

Trade school education, union training, military service or college is desirable
Comfort using ladders up to 30 feet tall

3+ years of related work experience, especially in repair, maintenance, HVAC, plumbing, electrical or carpentry
Universal CFC EPA certification or interest in achieving within first year (with JLL assistance)
