As an Investment Management Intern at Landmark Properties, you will report to the Asset Management Analyst and work within the Asset Management or Acquisitions team during the Fall Internship period from August 18 to December 4, 2026. The role centers on compiling and analyzing financial data for Landmark’s existing portfolio, contributing insights that guide the firm’s investment decisions.
- Evaluate, execute, and dispose of student housing and multifamily properties with Asset Management.
- Compile and monitor economic data across markets to assess student housing health.
- Support debt and equity transactions, including refinancings, recapitalizations, and new placements.
- Highlight asset and portfolio performance metrics (IRR, income growth, ROI) using Excel.
- Provide analytical support for reporting materials such as rent rolls, budget forecasts, and rate plans.
- Build and update financial models for underwriting institutional‑quality student housing and multifamily assets.
- Gather rent and sales comparables for underwriting analyses.
- Undertake ad‑hoc projects to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Apply financial concepts such as IRR and ROI in analysis.
- Complete assigned tasks with limited guidance and supervision.
