- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is required.
- Experience with P6 construction scheduling software and schedule development and analysis.
- Proficiency in using industry software and major project controls database and reporting platforms.
- Strong working knowledge of financial modeling, cash flow tracking, and projections.
- Strong working knowledge of financial modeling, cash flow tracking, and projections is required. The Project Controls Manager should be proficient in analyzing financial data and providing accurate forecasts related to project costs and cash flow.
- Minimum 15-20 years of experience in leadership roles, managing senior specialists and managerial staff within the project controls function.
