Lead all activities required in project closeout, including operations and maintenance manuals, model turnover, and training
Provide high-level management of quality, risk, safety, and compliance for the project and team members
Function as the main point of contact with the owner and on-site representative
Handle billings and contract management, including contract buyouts

Proven ability to fulfill development to closeout responsibilities for complex projects
Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Civil, or Architectural, Mechanical, and/or Electrical Engineering or equivalent field experience
Microsoft Office, project, and pertinent web application skills at an intermediate level
Possess basic understanding of construction law and generally accepted business practices
Detail orientation sufficient to organize and manage multiple project tasks
Minimum six years construction management experience, preferably experience with a Mechanical or Electrical Contractor

The base pay range for this role is $110,700MIN - $166,100MAX. (Actual range is higher for the following office locations: Denver, CO and Chicago, IL – 5%, Seattle, WA, and Portland, OR – 10%, Washington, D.C. – 12.5%).
