As an HVAC Service Technician, you’ll be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining home heating and cooling systems while ensuring customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include:
Ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with Goettl’s high standards.
Recharging refrigerant levels, checking for leaks, and ensuring the refrigerant cycle functions properly. Installing energy-efficiency upgrades such as smart thermostats and duct sealing.
Fleet Trucks: Provided maintenance and repairs for take-home fleet vehicles.
Diagnosing and troubleshooting electrical and mechanical faults in HVAC systems.
Keeping accurate records of all work performed.
Maintaining a properly stocked company truck with essential tools and equipment
Adhering to local codes, safety protocols, and testing procedures.
Conducting HVAC system repairs on heat pumps, furnaces, and water source heating

Limited On-Call Rotation: Work efficiently without excessive after-hours demands.
