Lead efforts with project team to develop operational plans to energize, commission, and turnover projects while maintaining NERC compliance.

Valid driver's license required
Experience working on GE WindSCADA, GE WindCONTROL, Vestas Online Business, SEL RTAC, and/ or Ignition by Inductive Automation
Ability to coordinate and manage multiple concurrent projects.
Experience and familiarity with various industrial communication protocols and architectures such as OPC, DNP3, ModBus and EGD.
Considerable knowledge in computer and server operation.
Strong oral and written communication skills
Advanced knowledge and programming of SCADA, HMI, PLC platforms
Up to 25% travel required.
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
3+ years of generation SCADA systems experience
Bachelor's degree required in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or related discipline.
Prior installation, commissioning and site construction experience in renewable power generation
Knowledge of both the physical and software aspects of networking equipment that connect renewable energy assets
Strong project management skills
Working knowledge of NERC compliance for low impact cyber systems
