What you would be doing

  • Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate logistics for investor calls and events.
  • Assists with preparation of budgets and forecasts
  • Supervises work of personnel on assigned projects
  • Collaborate with other executive assistants, C-suite and other department leaders to ensure seamless operations
  • Assist in planning and executing investor roadshows, conferences, annual meetings, and board presentations.
  • Provides administrative and clerical support for one or more persons, including work of a confidential nature
  • Maintains cost center data and analysis
  • Assists in the technical and functional services of the department by providing support on projects, invoice management, preparing documents for approval, preparing presentations, monitoring data, reporting
  • Serve as the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Responds to inquiries from our internal and external business partners
