Quality Assurance Associate

Description

• Participate in investigations and incident reviews to ensure proper compliance.
• Support departmental and cross-functional projects as assigned.
• Work in a cutting-edge cGMP laboratory environment with a collaborative team.
• Review and confirm compliance for raw materials, in-process, and finished product analytical documents.
• Verify chemicals, reagents, and standards for accuracy and completeness against SOPs.
• Maintain and track incoming documents with proper storage and archival.
• Monitor adherence to current Good Laboratory Practices (cGLP) during routine operations.
• Identify gaps in systems and recommend improvements.
• Review audit trails and data to ensure compliance with SOPs.
• Coordinate with analytical laboratory teams to provide documentation to cross-functional groups.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in analytical or analytical QA roles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quality systems software.
• Ability to work flexible shifts (day/evening) and occasional weekends as needed.
• Strong knowledge of GMP, GLP, GDP, and analytical laboratory activities (API, drug products, QC).
