Description

Requirements

• Associates Degree (AA) or equivalent from two-year College or Technical School; or two to three years customer service experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to work seasonal hours as required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook & Excel
• Excellent communication skills, including appropriate telephone etiquette and professionalism.
• Prior credit and collection experience preferred.
• Excellent organizational skills
